Our Founder
FoxArneson was built on the vision and values of our founder, Gary Fox, whose entrepreneurial spirit and relentless commitment to excellence laid the foundation for who we are today. With deep roots in construction and a passion for solving complex challenges, Gary believe in more than just building structures.
He believed in building trust, relationships, and a company where integrity, ownership, and teamwork lead the way. His dedication to listening first, planning collaboratively, and delivering remarkable results continues to inspire every project we take on and every team member we bring on board.
Since Gary’s retirement in 2017, he continues to support the company as Chairman providing wisdom and continuity as we continue to grow.

Jim has been a critical team member at FoxArneson since 1987. As President, Jim provides executive leadership for the company’s design and construction services and is driving a culture where people benefit from an environment where they can be their best. Jim has both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Carrie joined FoxArneson in 1997. As CFO, Carrie has oversight over the finance, risk management, human resources, IT, and legal issues of FoxArneson. Carrie contributes to the strategic planning and operational teamwork seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes to ensure the best possible client experience. Carrie has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.

As Vice President of Operations, Tommy plays a key role in turning plans into remarkable projects by driving operational excellence across construction operations and project delivery. Tommy has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
